The Galley is tight but very well designed. Both AC and DC cold plates cool a two locker refrigerator with two top hatches and a side door for bottom shelf access. A four burner propane stove with oven is the command post. Marble countertops and a double sink with both fresh- and salt-water foot pumps complete the work area. Dry food lockers and cookware storage areas are inset into the hull behind teak louvered doors. Three drawers stow silverware, utensils, and sundry kitchen supplies. One access to the engine compartment is through the galley. The other access is in the passageway by the Nav Station.
